Booking Policy

We want to make sure that all our clients have the equal opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, so we allow for a 15 minutes grace period for a late arrival in case your are unexpextedly delayed. After 15 minutes has passed you will not be able to receive full service to prevent our schedule from being pushed back. Our stylus will do the best they can do with remaining time they have. If you exceed 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will loose your deposit. Every time someone books an appointment for services, they make a commitment to show up at that time especially with the deposit. The salon promises to have staff ready at the appointment time. If everything works out the way that it should, clients get the apportunity to receive services.
